Data we collect

When you submit the “Request a quote” form, we receive:

your business email address;
your consent (ticked box) and the site language you used;
the date and time of the request;
the connecting IP address, to prevent abuse.

We collect nothing else: no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party scripts. Like any website, our servers and network provider may keep technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) to keep the service secure and running.

Purposes and legal bases

Answering your quote request and contacting you back: Your consent, given by ticking the form’s checkbox.
Preventing abuse and securing the website: Our legitimate interest in protecting the service (rate limiting per IP address, technical logs).

Your data is never sold, rented or used for automated marketing.

Recipients

Your request is emailed to FIDO TEAM’s sales and technical team through our email provider. Only the people in charge of answering you can access it. Our technical providers (hosting, email) act on our instructions and do not use your data for their own purposes.

Retention

Quote request with no follow-up: 3 years from our last exchange, then deleted.
If the request leads to a contract: for the duration of the business relationship, then for the legal accounting and tax archiving periods.
IP address used for rate limiting: kept in memory for 15 minutes.

Transfers outside Morocco

Your data is processed in Morocco. Should it be shared with our team in France or with a provider located outside Morocco, the transfer would comply with Articles 43 and 44 of Law 09-08 and, where applicable, the GDPR.

Your rights

Under Law 09-08 you have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of your data. If you live in the European Union, the GDPR also gives you the right to erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, email [email protected] with your request. We reply within one month at most.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can contact Morocco’s data protection authority (CNDP) or, in the European Union, your national authority (in France, the CNIL).

Security

The website is served over HTTPS only. The form is protected against automated submissions and can only write to FIDO TEAM’s own mailbox. Access to the requests received is restricted to authorised staff.

Local storage

If you accept it in the cookie banner, the website remembers your preferred language and theme in your browser (local storage, not a cookie). This information stays on your device and is never sent to us.
